What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide inbound and outbound customer sales support using a call flow guide
- Close sales and utilize B2B and B2C skills for prospecting, negotiation, and presentation
- Build client relationships and identify ways to retain customers and drive sales
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases while ensuring attention to detail
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a focus on service quality
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas
- 2 years of account management experience
- 6 months of experience utilizing a CRM, preferably SalesForce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- A high school diploma or GED
