What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- provide inbound and outbound customer sales support using a call flow guide
- close sales and utilize B2B and B2C skills in prospecting, negotiation, and presentation
- build client relationships and find new ways to retain customers and drive sales
- track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- deliver expert customer experiences while maintaining a detail-oriented approach to sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
- minimum 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience
- 2 years of account management experience
- 6 months experience utilizing a CRM (SalesForce preferred)
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- high school diploma or GED

- willingness to travel for meetings and customer visits/events
- strong understanding of the sales/selling process including negotiation techniques and relationship building

- strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
