What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide inbound and outbound customer sales support using a call flow guide
  • Close sales while utilizing B2B and B2C skills for prospecting and negotiation
  • Build client relationships and find new ways to retain customers and drive sales
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a focus on satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience, including meeting quotas and selling products and/or services
  • 2 years of account management experience
  • 6 months experience utilizing a CRM (SalesForce preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, including negotiation and communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and customer visits/events
