What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound and outbound customer sales support using a call flow guide
- Close sales while utilizing B2B and B2C skills for prospecting and negotiation
- Build client relationships and find new ways to retain customers and drive sales
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a focus on satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience, including meeting quotas and selling products and/or services
- 2 years of account management experience
- 6 months experience utilizing a CRM (SalesForce preferred)
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including negotiation and communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Willingness to travel for meetings and customer visits/events
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
