What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide inbound and outbound customer sales support using a call flow guide
  • Close sales and engage in prospecting, negotiation, and presentation using B2B and B2C skills

  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B sales experience, including meeting quotas and selling products/services
  • 2 years of account management experience
  • At least 6 months of experience utilizing a CRM (SalesForce preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED and a quiet, distraction-free work environment
