What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound and outbound customer sales support using a call flow guide
- Close sales while utilizing B2B and B2C skills in prospecting and negotiation
- Build client relationships and find innovative ways to retain customers and drive sales
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B sales experience
- 2 years of account management experience
- 6 months of experience utilizing a CRM (SalesForce preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- High school diploma or GED
