Position Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through proactive customer engagement, service consultation, and closing sales opportunities. This role involves communicating effectively with customers, understanding their automotive needs, presenting solutions, and ensuring a seamless sales experience.

  • Competitive Base Pay: $15/hr + commission

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
  • Actively identify customer needs, recommend appropriate services, and clearly explain benefits and pricing.
  • Utilize CRM software to document interactions, manage leads, and track follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals, tracking performance against set KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and service teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge to offer accurate, insightful information to customers.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on previous interactions, scheduled maintenance, and promotional opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service, ideally within automotive, retail, or a similar service-driven industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort engaging customers in sales-oriented conversations.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic sales tools (Salesforce or similar).
  • Enthusiasm for cars, automotive services, or mechanical solutions is a plus.
