Job Description

Underground Solutions, Inc (UGS) is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our PVC fusion and pipe technologies. The position is remote, but you must reside in the Western Part of the United States.

Underground Solutions, a subsidiary of Azuria Water Solutions Company, is one of the most dynamic and fastest growing companies in the water infrastructure and electrical conduit market with a portfolio of proprietary and patented technologies targeting water and wastewater infrastructure improvement and undergrounding of electrical conduit.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Civil), Business, or Marketing is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1 year of inside or outside sales experience required, preferably selling technical products in the municipal and/or industrial water or power industries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and time management skills are required due to the strong commercial element of the work
  • Ability to maintain high-quality work, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a results-driven culture
  • Strong computer skills with MS Office products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint / Nitro, and Outlook
  • Ambitious self-starter with a strong work ethic, good organizational skills, attention to detail, and dedication to a team environment

Responsibilities
  • Focus on lead generation and improving sales revenue and margin with existing and new customers
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Engineers to identify, develop, and close business opportunities to meet or exceed sales and margin targets
  • Support and grow existing customer relationships and develop new ones
  • Generate technical proposals and submittals to consulting engineers, utilities, and contractors
  • Prepare detailed plan and specification reviews and take-offs
  • Maintain and expand sales leads within our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Analyze early lead detection data to identify future opportunities
