EAH serves automotive enthusiast customers through ten websites and a global network of specialty installer shops. EAH is owned and supported by Cortec Group. The company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will drive rapid sales and margin growth through answering calls, emails, live chat and social media channels, while delivering best-in-class service and support. Must be a car enthusiast.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls, live chats, emails and messages received through our social channels.
• Order entry and order management, ensuring that all orders are processed on-time.
• Maintaining customer orders by providing order updates and transparent communication with our customers.
• Keep the needs of the customers front and center, providing an overall positive relationship.
• Contact Center – handle all forms of communications with customers seeking assistance to place or update an order, or seeking advice/recommendations; provide solutions that closely meet their needs and expectations.
• New Sales – drive sales and margin growth by actively closing every contact and asking for the sale.
• Social Media/Forum Engagement – communicate with customers on social platforms, drive engagement, and provide clear communication with customers seeking advice/support.
• Order Maintenance – keep customers informed on active orders, update ETA’s with clear communication and offer solutions for positive outcomes.
• Team Player – support immediate co-workers and cross-functional teams with a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Customer Focused – keep the customer’s needs front and center, upholding company values in all decisions and communications.
