The Kendall Group, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Kendall Electric sales team. The role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills to interact with customers and vendors and to close sales.
The ideal candidate has 2 years’ customer service or sales experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. You will contribute to order processing, quotes, and cross-functional coordination to drive sales growth.

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, Location Manager or Territory Manager, the Inside Sales Representative is a key member of the Kendall Electric sales team. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the products or services offered. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for communicating with customers and vendors, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process. The person in this role must be able to build relationships and close sales.
