Reece USA is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Oklahoma City to partner with Outside Sales, grow existing accounts, and develop new business. You will leverage refrigeration knowledge and sales skills to deliver the right products and solutions while driving revenue and an outstanding customer experience.

You will manage quotes, orders, availability and pricing, resolve issues, and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities to help meet and exceed sales targets.

Inside Sales Representative

THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll partner closely with Outside Sales to grow existing customer relationships and develop new business. You’ll use your refrigeration knowledge and sales expertise to provide customers with the right products and solutions while helping drive revenue and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you’ll manage customer quotes, place orders, check product availability and pricing, assist with problem resolution, and follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met. You’ll also identify opportunities for cross‑selling, up‑selling, add‑on sales, and promotional products to help achieve and exceed sales goals.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of refrigeration industry experience
• 5 years of wholesale refrigeration experience preferred
• Previous experience in inside sales, counter sales, customer service, or wholesale distribution preferred
• Strong product knowledge and ability to understand and communicate refrigeration solutions
