Job summary

Jetty Extracts, an Oakland, CA cannabis extraction leader, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative. You’ll bridge sales operations with retail partnerships to empower reps with tools, data, and systems for a smooth onboarding and reorder process.

You’ll coordinate launches, manage sales platforms, and liaise with distributors and retailers while supporting onboarding and product education. This role is remote within the U.S. market with $75,000–$80,000 annual compensation and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with cannabis market data and sales enablement tools.
• Strong ability to build and interpret dashboards and reports.
• Proven track record in supporting field sales and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product launches, trainings, and compliance refreshers with internal teams and key retailers.
• Manage and update all relevant sales tools (Outfield CRM, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Administer and troubleshoot Jetty's sales platforms, including Nabis NY.
• Liaise between sales, distribution and retail partners and confirm order details.
• Assist onboarding and provide product education and support.
• Oversee menu accuracy across Nabis, LeafLink, Dutchie, Jane; update pricing.
• Maintain BI dashboards; build reports on placements and reorder cycles.
• Flag inconsistencies in pricing or presentation and analyze order frequency.

Position Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical cross-functional role that bridges internal sales operations and external retail partnerships. This role is responsible for ensuring that sales reps are empowered with the tools, data, and systems to perform, while ensuring dispensary clients have a smooth, consistent, and value-driven experience from onboarding to reorder.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Enablement & Internal Support

• Coordinate product launches, trainings, and compliance refreshers with internal teams and key retailers.
• Manage and update all relevant sales tools (Outfield CRM, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Administer and troubleshoot Jetty's sales platforms, including Nabis NY.

Client Success & Communication

• Serve as liaison between sales, distribution (e.g., Nabis), and retail partners.
• Communicate directly with accounts and reps to confirm and resolve order details.
• Assist with onboarding and provide product education and support.
• Manage dispensary engagement activities like vendor days and trainings.

Inventory & Menu Management

• Oversee menu accuracy across Nabis, LeafLink, Dutchie, Jane.
• Update inventory levels and ensure pricing consistency.
• Maintain updated product images and descriptions.

Data, Analytics & Reporting

• Maintain and update BI Platforms / Looker Studio dashboards regularly.
• Build reports on placements, reorder cycles, and sales goals.
• Scrub online menus of retail partners/competitors to assess opportunities. Flag and correct inconsistencies in pricing or presentation.
• Analyze order frequency to flag at-risk accounts.
• Support post-promotion ROI and archive historical data.

Market Intelligence & Opportunity Mapping

• Use internal and third-party data to identify product trends and gaps.
• Maintain a retail target pipeline and provide insights for field sales.
• Share competitive and product positioning reports.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Headset or BDSA.
• Background in commission tracking.
• Technical skills for dashboards and automation.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1–3 years in cannabis sales support, customer success, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of NY cannabis market.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Looker Studio, CRM systems.
• Experience with digital menus and data platforms.
