General Description:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will sell new and retreaded commercial truck tires and related products and services both in person and over the phone. Responsibilities include generating sales leads, prospecting, and building relationships with customers. You will develop product and service knowledge, understand the competition, and strive for sales success.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  1. Sell the G3 Line including auto, light truck, medium truck, heavy truck, farm, specialty tires, and retreads.
  2. Promote the full-service concept, including alignments, wheel services, and rim & tire services.
  3. Assist walk-in customers by providing necessary information to facilitate sales.
  4. Follow billing and credit procedures.
  5. Handle phone inquiries professionally.
  6. Implement sales and marketing programs within the Goodyear Tire and Service Center, adhering to pricing guidelines.
  7. Attend sales training and improve sales skills continuously.
  8. Provide "Service Excellence - Always" to meet service goals.
  9. Document work on service tickets.
  10. Follow safety and liability policies.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Requirements:
  • 3 years of direct B2B sales experience.
  • At least 2 years of successful team-based sales experience, which can be part of the 3 years total.
  • No relocation offered.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous Commercial Tire Sales experience.
Candidate Criteria:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment as part of a team.
  • Self-starter, willing to work independently and attend training.
