Job summary

Accredited Labs is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our Frederick, Maryland team. You will manage customer inquiries, generate quotes, support existing accounts, and help customers find the right calibration and testing solutions.

In this role you will respond to leads via phone, email, and web channels, build relationships, and coordinate with service and operations to schedule onsite calibrations, while maintaining accurate records in our CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of inside sales, business development, customer service, or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound sales leads and customer inquiries via phone, email, and web channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Generate and follow up on quotes for calibration services, repair services, and equipment sales.
• Coordinate with service managers and operations teams to schedule onsite calibration services.
• Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer records within company systems.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
• Partner with marketing and sales leadership on lead nurturing and customer outreach initiatives.
• Assist customers with product, service, and technical information by working closely with internal subject matter experts.
• Track customer interactions and sales activities through CRM and ERP systems.
• Support sales initiatives related to ETI's testing equipment, power supplies, accessories, and service offerings.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience through timely communication and problem resolution.

What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for managing customer inquiries, generating quotes, supporting existing accounts, and helping customers find the right calibration and testing solutions.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with electrical test equipment, calibration services, or technical service environments
• Experience with Qualer or similar service-management platforms
