What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create new business opportunities within assigned territories by reaching out to new and existing accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Maintain CRM by entering and modifying sales orders as needed
- Coordinate sales activities, including making warm and cold calls to support revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong rapport with customers in your territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (not retail)
- Highly motivated with a strong desire for success
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong understanding of Internet-based tools and MS Office applications
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 2:30 PM
