We are seeking an exceptional Inside Sales Representative to assist us in following up with leads and booking in-office treatments. Your job will be to call potential clients, answer their questions, and schedule appointments with them.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Practice Communication:

  • Client Communication:
  • - Call potential clients to confirm their interest in treatments.
  • - Schedule and book in-office appointments.
  • - Handle client information with care and confidentiality.
  • Lead Management:
  • - Follow up with leads who haven’t booked yet.
  • - Send text messages and make calls to keep clients engaged.
  • - Help turn leads into scheduled appointments.
  • - Reach out to new potential clients during downtime.
  • Follow-Up:
  • - Confirm appointments and answer any client questions.
  • - Keep records of all client interactions.
  • - Follow up with no-shows to reschedule.
  • - Work with the team to improve booking strategies.
  • - Share client feedback to enhance the process.
  • - Help reduce missed appointments.

RESULTS:

  • Call new leads within 3 minutes during open hours (when not on other calls).
  • Book at least 20% of leads who didn’t schedule themselves.
  • Reschedule booked clients for same-day appointments to increase attendance.
  • Maintain a 75%+ show-up rate for scheduled appointments.
  • Convert at least 70% of confirmed calls into booked treatments.
  • Keep the CRM 100% updated by the end of each day.
  • Answering questions, overcoming objections, and helping clients feel excited and confident
  • Managing scheduling changes or appointment needs
  • Supporting our current and potential clients with care and attention from the first interaction

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree (business, communications, or sales preferred).
  • Experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Organized with great attention to detail.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with care.
  • Comfortable using scheduling and CRM software.
  • Works well both independently and with a team.
  • Proven success in converting leads into bookings.
  • Coachable and good at following systems.

LOCATION:

  • Remote - United States

AVAILABILITY:

  • Full-time 40 hours/week (may consider part-time 25 hours/week)
  • 8-hour shift Monday-Friday
  • Throughout standard US hours (9-5)

PAY:

  • $10/hour + commission
