Overview

dormakaba is seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This remote role is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic sales environment. In this position you will be responsible for supporting sales activities in key growth zones by directly interacting with customers and driving higher close rates and order vs quote volumes. You will also track all sales activities and follow-up tasks in Salesforce to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $55,000 - $65,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) What you will do
  • Support profitable sales growth with existing clients to increase market share
  • Serve as the primary contact for quote requests, ensuring timely and accurate quote management
  • Track and follow up on quoted projects to bridge the gap between quoting and deal closure
  • Continuous product training across company platforms and systems
  • Monitor the quote process from initiation to customer delivery and address queries from quotation development team promptly
