Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, in Dilley, TX, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to partner with customers for industrial, medical, and specialty gases and related products. You will advise customers on tools, hardware, and materials, demonstrate equipment use, and help build long-term relationships.

The role requires a High School diploma (Associate's preferred), at least 2 years in customer service or sales, Spanish bilingual skills, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish (spoken, written, and reading) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft/Google applications.
• Ability to handle cash transactions.
• Able to lift 25–75 lbs and occasionally more with assistance.
• Adherence to safety programs and OSHA rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners.
• Assist with order entry, pricing, and deposits reconciliation.
• Advise customers on tools, hardware, and materials needed for projects.
• Coordinate communication with customers and team members by phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain showroom displays and stock shelves.
