Responsibilities

• Own and manage First Article Inspections, including recording, analyzing, and certifying results and driving process improvements.
• Own and manage Incoming Inspection, inspecting components before assembly and analyzing trend data.
• Support investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions for internal and supplier-related quality issues.
• Conduct analyses related to critical control points, preventive measures, limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures.
• Provide technical support and backup to Quality Control Inspectors.
• Train production personnel on quality-related processes.
• Assist with corrective action processes, calibration programs, UL follow-up, ISO 9001 certification work, process and product audits, and other special quality projects.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring our rugged compute products meet strict quality standards and continue to support mission-critical customer needs. The QA Technician helps drive quality excellence through inspection ownership, data analysis, and continuous process improvement.

Who You Are

You are a detail-oriented quality professional experienced in electro-mechanical manufacturing environments. You thrive in inspection-driven processes, enjoy problem-solving through data analysis, and can collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that quality objectives are consistently met. You are comfortable balancing hands-on inspection work with process improvement initiatives.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
