Ferguson seeks an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Redondo Beach, CA. You will prepare pricing proposals, support new sales opportunities, and provide product information to outside sales reps, helping to drive utility market growth.

Responsibilities also include managing the order-to-invoice cycle, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and maintaining customer documentation while adhering to HSE requirements.

Competenze

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or related role.
• Experience in a target-driven sales environment preferred.
• Developing knowledge of sales techniques such as prospecting, negotiation, persuasion, and closing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; experience in project management is a plus

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

Position Details:

Schedule | Monday - Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm plus overtime as needed.

Pay Rate | Starting at $24/hour and may be higher based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage detailed pricing proposals and quotations for products and services across various projects.
• Support new sales opportunities by monitoring bids, researching projects, and assisting with prospecting efforts.
• Provide product and technical information to outside sales representatives, supporting efforts to generate sales in the utility market segment.
• Develop and maintain customer documentation that outlines product information and solution details.

Pay Range:

$21.51 - $34.39

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
