Honest Abe Roofing is expanding into the Kansas City Metro and seeks an energetic inside sales professional to join our Holt, MO team. You will contact warm leads, qualify homeowners, and book appointments for our field sales team.

You will use phone, text, and email to reach leads quickly, maintain accurate CRM records, and manage the sales pipeline. Experience in outbound sales and strong communication are essential; the role offers paid training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Speed-to-Lead outreach: contact new inbound leads immediately via phone, text, and email.
• Schedule & confirm: qualify homeowners and book pre-screened appointments for our field sales team.
• Pipeline management: follow up on past inquiries, missed appointments, and unsold leads to reactivate interest.
• CRM maintenance: maintain accurate customer records, call outcomes, and appointment details in our database.

About the Role

Honest Abe Roofing is expanding into the Kansas City Metro, and we are seeking an energetic, outbound phone professional to join our team in Holt, MO.

Every homeowner you contact has requested information or a roofing estimate. Your goal is simple: contact incoming warm leads immediately, qualify homeowners, and keep our field sales team’s calendars booked with high-quality appointments.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years in inside sales, outbound call centers, appointment setting, or telemarketing.
• Customer Service: 1–3 years of high-volume customer-facing experience preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette, high energy, and strong objection-handling abilities.
• Tech Skills: Comfortable using CRM software, multi-line phone tools, and Google Workspace.
• Location: Ability to report daily to our regional office in Holt, MO.
• Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday day shift, with early evening flexibility).
