Inside Sales Representative – Category Sales – REMOTE, US

The pay range for this position is $22.80-$29.64. Compensation decisions are based on the facts and circumstances of each case and may be influenced by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Responsibilities
  • Prospects, qualifies, and generates sales leads through inbound leads and outbound cold calling and emails.
  • Identifies potential sales opportunities to increase the customer base.
  • Develops and implements sales strategies to obtain new sales orders.
  • Routes qualified opportunities to the appropriate inside sales executive for development and closure.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals and quotas.
  • Develops and utilizes product knowledge to identify potential customers and complete sales.
  • Adheres to regulations and guidelines for HIPAA compliance.
  • Demonstrates Numotion Leadership Principles with integrity and compliance aligned to Numotion\'s mission.
  • Maintains confidentiality and complies with Numotion\'s policies and federal regulations.
  • Delivers excellent customer service for internal and external customers; provides solutions for customer concerns and prioritizes customer service.

Qualifications
  • Required: Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Required: 2 years of experience as a medical sales representative or similar role.
  • Strong presentation skills, business acumen, and experience in selling products and services.
