In this remote role, you'll engage with current and prospective clients—primarily in the education field—to understand their goals and match them with life and retirement solutions that meet their needs. Pay Range:
- $19.66 - $29.04 per hour with uncapped commission.
Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
Responsibilities
- Handlein-bound inquiriesand placeout-bound follow-up callsto educators seeking retirement and life insurance solutions.
- Developtrust-based relationships, educating clients on products such as life insurance, annuities, and other retirement vehicles.
- Meet or exceedsales targetsand activity metrics through consultative, needs-based selling.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company quality standards.
- Accurately document interactions in CRM systems and stay informed on industry updates and product enhancements.
Schedule
- Remote, full-time position.
- Eight-hour shifts scheduled within business hours:
Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–8 p.m. CTandSaturday 9 a.m.–2 p.m. CT(no Sundays).
Requirements
- FINRA Series 6 and 63licenses – required.
- Active Life License– required.
- High school diploma or GED required; 2 years of college or equivalent business experience preferred.
- Experience in acall center or customer servicerole, with proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Passion for serving educators and a strong sense of mission.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and working independently.
