Compensation

$40,000 - $45,000 base salary

Position Summary

As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary goal is to drive sales revenue and optimize the customer experience through proactive lead management, customer follow-up, and outbound prospecting efforts.

You will be responsible for managing your sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records, and consistently delivering results while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in the HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing industry required
• Proven sales experience with a strong "headhunter" or hunter mentality
• Motivated self-starter with a drive to exceed expectations
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to consistently deliver measurable results
