We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Inside Sales Representative to join our nonwoven manufacturing team. This role serves as the primary link between our customers, our internal ERP systems, and our logistics department. The ideal candidate will excel at building long-term customer relationships while managing the technical details of order processing and delivery scheduling.\

Qualifications\

• Bachelor Degree or Relevant Work Experience (Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Account Management preferred)\

• Relevant post qualifying certifications (ERP System {SAP preferred}, Microsoft office, CRM system)\
\
• Ability to work well and prioritize in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal. Must act with a sense of urgency.\

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft (MS) Office, with focus on demonstrated working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Outlook\

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and, in particular, the ability to craft professional e-mails and client-related documents\
