Job summary

FASTSIGNS #350301 is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hattiesburg, MS. You will be the first contact for customers and help prepare estimates, process work orders, and ensure on-time delivery of finished jobs.

You will participate in daily team meetings, support marketing plans, and strive to turn prospects into long-term clients while delivering friendly, solution-focused service across in-person, phone, and email channels.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.

Responsibilities
