Job summary

Matic, an insurtech startup in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow policy sales from our largest partners. You will make outbound calls to qualified prospects, build rapport quickly, and transfer opportunities to our insurance agents, reporting to the sales manager.

This role offers quick upward mobility, licensing to become an agent, a base hourly pay, a monthly bonus program, stock options, and a culture that prioritizes internal promotion while supporting

Job description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to increase insurance policy sales from our largest partners. You will be tasked with making connections with prospective customers to generate qualified opportunities for our insurance agents. Reporting to our insurance agency sales manager, this position offers quick upward mobility with the goal of being promoted from this role within 6-8 months. This position is held in Columbus, Ohio.

Responsibilities
