Job summary

DayGlo Color Corp. in Cleveland, OH seeks an Inside Sales Representative to grow a portfolio of specialty pigment customers and drive new business across paint lines.

You will manage current accounts, prospect new opportunities, and coordinate with distributors to expand market share. The role requires 3-5 years in inside sales or related areas, strong communication and relationship skills, and experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of inside sales, business development, or account management experience.

• This is a Full-Time, onsite role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of specialty pigment customer accounts.
• Develop new business through proactive prospecting, outbound calling, and lead generation.
• Own and grow our Paint business by supporting current customers, distributors, and new prospects.
• Qualify and respond to website-generated leads, following opportunities through to close.
• Prepare quotes, coordinate customer requests, and ensure timely follow-up on samples and commercial activities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate customer records in Salesforce.
• Identify high-potential opportunities and partner with field sales representatives to transition larger accounts when appropriate.
• Collaborate with Technical Service, Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve or exceed sales, profitability, prospecting, and customer engagement goals.
