Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years Inside sales experience preferred.
• Valid unrestricted Driver’s License; minimum age 21.

Responsibilities

• Answer and document all incoming telephone calls to assist customers.
• Perform all routine rental transactions including creating rental reservations.
• Assist customers with selecting the appropriate type of equipment.
