Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking an Inside Sales professional in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on increasing revenue through new accounts, suggestive selling, and nurturing client relationships.

You will coordinate and deliver services, process rental orders and respond to inquiries, spending about 80% in the office and 20% in the yard. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am to 5pm with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience required.
• A minimum of 2 years Inside sales experience preferred.
• Must possess sales ability identifying customer needs through suggestive selling or upselling, and strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and document all incoming telephone calls to assist customers with rental needs.
• Perform all routine rental transactions including creating rental reservations, scheduling pickup, creating quotes, and processing returned orders.
