Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is expanding its Inside Sales team to close sales from company-provided warm leads. You will build rapport over the phone, follow up with homeowners, and convert opportunities into booked sales.

You will follow up on warm leads generated by the sales and marketing teams, make high-volume calls, and rehash opportunities that did not convert. A fast-paced inside sales environment awaits with strong earning potential and paid training.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish & English required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to close sales over the phone.
• High energy, confidence and strong persuasion skills.
• Previous inside sales or phone sales experience preferred.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple leads in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

We are expanding our Inside Sales team and hiring motivated Phone Sales Specialists / Rehash Representatives to close sales from company-provided warm leads. This role focuses on following up with homeowners, building rapport over the phone, and converting opportunities into booked sales.
