Job summary

ABC Supply in Grand Junction, CO is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to help customers select roofing, siding, windows, and related supplies. You will answer calls, enter orders, and coordinate pickups while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications include 1–2 years in roofing or related sales or site work, strong communication, multitasking, and basic computer skills. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-sell additional products and supplies
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders
• Accept payment and apply it to the appropriate customer account
• Coordinate customer pick ups with the warehouse
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time with all items accounted for
• Reorder products to keep shelves well stocked
• Address and resolve service concerns, should they arise
