Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking an Associate Inside Sales Representative to drive sales growth with mid-tier accounts through remote digital selling. You will support regional/national partners, manage dealer quotes, and promote Andersen brands.

A post-secondary degree or relevant experience is preferred, with strong MS Office and communication skills to collaborate effectively. The role emphasizes minimal travel, remote collaboration, and participation in a comprehensive Total Rewards Package.

Qualifications

• Post secondary degree preferred or related experience in customer experience support of fenestration and/ or consumer products.
• Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strong communication skills required (verbal and written) and ability to translate customer requirements to internal partners.
• Strong presentation and collaboration skills to train and transfer knowledge.
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with remote customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with sales reps in the field via remote digital selling during transitions.
• Promote Andersen's product and brands through training, collateral, video, and web conferencing.
• Engage with dealer personnel and internal partners during product launches to ensure adoption and engagement.
• Operate the CRM systems and capture call activity and contact information.
• Develop sales opportunities by managing dealer open quote files and moving to close.
• Collaborate with sales organization, dealers, and marketing team.
