Job summary

Airgas is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist at our Levittown, PA distribution center. You will retain existing customers, grow gross margin, and manage a portfolio of accounts using SAP and Salesforce to quote and close orders.

The role offers a base salary plus monthly incentives and possible commission. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, tuition assistance, paid holidays, vacation, and sick time. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 in the office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior sales or customer service experience, especially in industrial distribution or PPE/gases, is advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to manage a territory, perform outbound calls, and maintain CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Retain existing customer sales and drive gross margin growth.
• Proactively contact customers and pursue new account opportunities.
• Manage territory via regular customer contact and accurate CRM updates.
• Use SAP and Salesforce to document quotes and orders, and process returns/credits.
• Attend trainings and collaborate with sales managers to improve techniques.
