Job summary

Reece USA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for Fortiline Waterworks. You’ll work directly with customers to provide product recommendations, prepare quotes, process orders, check pricing and inventory, and resolve issues to keep customer operations running smoothly.

You’ll collaborate with Outside Sales and branch teammates, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while strengthening relationships and supporting sales growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in wholesale distribution or related business.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
