Job summary

NDE Labs is seeking an Inside Sales & Operational Support Specialist to support our Nondestructive Testing (NDT) services team in Texas. You will prepare quotations, respond to RFPs and RFQs, estimate NDT project costs, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure smooth project execution.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in NDT methods, strong communication skills, and the ability to read drawings and standards to deliver accurate estimates and responsive service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of common NDT methods, including UT, MT, PT, RT, VT, ET.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• ASNT Level II or Level III in one or more NDT methods is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in estimating, or operations support.
• Knowledge of industries such as aerospace, oil & gas, power generation, manufacturing, or construction.
