Job summary

Mirion Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to drive orders and revenue while managing a portfolio of accounts in a designated market. The role includes supervising and coaching other Inside Sales Managers to ensure cohesive operations.

The candidate will leverage CRM practices, collaborate with Marketing, Application Support, and other teams, and focus on closing deals and growing the business with strong communication and strategic selling skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' sales experience in a high-technology field.
• Understanding of radiation detection fundamentals and the nuclear industry.
• Ability to apply fundamental and technical sales skills.
• Knowledge of government and commercial procurement processes.
• Ability to manage, strategize, and coordinate sales activities.
• Strong drive to close opportunities and grow the business.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to quickly develop knowledge of Mirion equipment and customer applications.
• Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Physics, Operations, Sales, Marketing.
