What You'll Do

Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 10–12 inside sales representatives to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Establish team performance goals, monitor KPIs, and drive accountability for results.

Oversee lead qualification, pipeline management, and opportunity progression to ensure accuracy in forecasting.

Collaborate closely with marketing, field sales, and product teams to maximize lead conversion and cross-sell opportunities.

Analyze performance metrics to identify gaps and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer engagement, consistent with Hexagon’s reputation for precision and service excellence.

Drive effective use of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales tools for pipeline visibility and reporting.

Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of new inside sales representatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2-5 years of progressive inside sales experience.

Proven success meeting or exceeding team sales quotas in a B2B technology or industrial solutions environment.

Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams to achieve stretch targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred) and sales enablement tools.

Analytical skills with ability to translate sales data into actionable strategies.

Experience in manufacturing technology, measurement, or SaaS sales is highly desirable.

This is a remote role based in the United States. Employees must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily, and reasonable accommodation may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these functions, absent undue hardship.

Frequent stationary work with regular computer and phone usage.

Continuous communication with customers, colleagues, and business partners across digital channels.
