Our Team is Growing:

Lead a team of Provide Practice Finance Specialists responsible for exceeding revenue goals by managing practice owners through the loan process from lead to proposal acceptance. The role involves new business development, adhering to policies, developing consultative selling skills, and managing client expectations while meeting business and customer needs.

Responsible for risk management by following policies, elevating concerns, and ensuring actions align with customer and organizational standards. Achieve results within the bank's risk appetite by effectively identifying, assessing, and managing risks.

A Day in the Life:

  • Oversee a team of inside sales specialists, ensuring adherence to policies, supporting credit requests, and guiding sales efforts.
  • Review and improve team processes to adopt best practices.
  • Develop strategies to exceed revenue goals through sales growth and productivity enhancements.
  • Coach team members weekly, develop communication channels, and standardize activities and training.
  • Collaborate internally to improve processes and recommend technological solutions.
  • Track performance metrics and implement initiatives to enhance borrower experience.
  • Resolve complex client issues and monitor compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Observe sales calls and provide performance feedback.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Provide timely performance feedback, develop employees, and offer growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of practice finance experience; management experience preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and mentor team members.
  • Proficiency in reporting metrics, Excel, and Business Objects.
