At Company Sage, we’re looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead and grow our phone-based sales team. This is a hands-on role for a leader who understands that scaling fast requires strong processes, relentless accountability, and a team culture built on hard work and adaptability.

This is an in-office position. We believe the best coaching, energy, and results happen when we work shoulder-to-shoulder.

Base Rate: $70K-$77K

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $140K+

What You’ll Drive

  • Manage and coach inside sales reps to exceed revenue goals and optimize daily performance.
  • Foster accountability and momentum through structured processes and clear expectations.
  • Provide actionable feedback in one-on-ones, team huddles, and live-call coaching.
  • Model best practices by joining calls when needed to support your team and close key deals.
  • Monitor key sales metrics daily and use insights to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and adjust tactics quickly.
  • Maintain CRM and dialer data integrity to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
  • Maximize Salesforce and Five9 to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency.
  • Explore new tools and technologies to give your team a competitive edge.
  • Lead from the front with a strong floor presence, cultivating a high-energy, high-expectation environment.
  • Build a culture of humility, accountability, and continuous improvement where reps are supported and challenged to perform at their best.
