Job summary

Turtle, an established electrical distributor based in Clark, NJ, seeks a detail‑oriented team member to join our operations as a customer service/quotes administrator. You will process quotes, place orders, and provide tracking updates while resolving vendor and customer concerns.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. A high school diploma or GED is required; experience with quotes or purchase orders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Processing quotes for customers requesting bids concerning lighting opportunities.
• Place orders in system and provide tracking updates to customers.
• Resolve concerns of both vendors and customers when issues arise.
• Produce project submittals for approval and review documents when returned/noted.
• Maintain, track, and update various data required to track effectiveness of the team and branch.
• Provide consistent and pleasant communications.
