What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the Lead Generation Specialists team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Implement enhancements to processes and systems for the Inside Sales structure
- Analyze data insights and trends to prioritize pipeline leads and drive business impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and ensure seamless operations
- Provide regular feedback to team members to enhance performance and achieve results
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree and 7+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment
- Strong background in sales and call center best practices
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a medical or health-related environment
- Knowledge of diabetes and experience supporting patients with diabetes
- Ability to provide remote support in a regulated environment
