Qualifications

• 3+ years leading sales teams in a call center environment.
• Proven success in quota-driven environments with KPI influence.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate Inside Sales Representatives focusing on outbound and inbound appointments.
• Coach reps to improve tone, delivery, and KPI conversion with feedback and QA.
• Monitor daily sales metrics to ensure productivity and pipeline growth.
• Run morning huddles, weekly check-ins, and 1:1s to align with business needs.
• Model effective sales conversations and best practices.
• Ensure schedule coverage to maximize productivity during peak lead flow.
• Support additional sales initiatives and operations in a fast-paced environment.
