Cambria is seeking a candidate to serve as Inside Sales Lead, building strong relationships with external and internal customers from the local Distribution Center in Denver. You will interact with Business Partners by phone and email, process orders, and provide white-glove service while collaborating with field and corporate teams.
The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, accurate order scheduling, and educating partners on Cambria’s online ordering portal.
Cambria is seeking a candidate that can effectively build strong relationships with both external and internal customers, while exhibiting excellent customer service. The Inside Sales Lead will be responsible to interact with Cambria’s Business Partners via phone from our local Distribution Center to provide a white glove service. This role will engage and partner daily with Cambria Market Representatives, Business Partners, Distribution Center Leadership and Staff to accurately process and schedule slab orders.
High school diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of previous customer service and/or inside sales
Proficient in Google Suites, Oracle, Microsoft Suites. Tableau and Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus but not required.

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds to move Cambria Samples and Marketing materials.
Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This position may be eligible for a 15% shift differential which would be applied to the base hourly rate for all hours worked during designated overnight shift periods. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
