We are hiring top-performing remote Inside Sales Executives to close inbound leads and conduct high-conversion outbound follow-up calls. This is a high-income opportunity for serious closers who thrive on performance and freedom.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle 100–150 inbound and outbound calls per day
  • Close new course enrollments and recurring memberships
  • Upsell and cross-sell advanced training programs and bundled packages
  • Work leads through CRM with structured task tracking, follow-ups, and notes
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales quotas between $125K–$150K

Compensation Plan

  • 5,500 guaranteed monthly draw (non-recoverable). $65,000 annual draw
  • Uncapped commission structure :
  • Strong % up to quota
  • Accelerated % on revenue above quota
  • Monthly SPIFs and top-performer bonuses
  • OTE range : $120,000–$200,000+ based on performance

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience (phone-based preferred)
  • Proven history of closing $100K–$150K+ in monthly revenue
  • Strong phone presence, closing skills, and high call volume stamina
  • Confidence working with doctors and healthcare professionals
  • CRM fluency, strong organization, and self-discipline in a remote role
  • Must have a dedicated home office and reliable internet
