Sunbelt Rentals is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support telephone and walk‑in customers with rental equipment needs. The role is the company’s frontline contact, focusing on understanding customer equipment requirements, negotiating orders, and ensuring accurate administration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's license required.
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment.
• Strong customer service & telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• DOT Qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Support telephone and walk-in customers with rental equipment needs.
• Serve as the Company's front line of contact to understand customer requirements.
• Negotiate and place rental orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Provide strong administrative support and accurate documentation.
