We’re hiring an Inside Sales / Delivery Driver to join our growing team in Lake Stevens, WA. This hybrid position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and time on the road. The primary focus is inside sales—assisting walk-in customers, processing orders, and supporting the outside sales team. You’ll also make local deliveries using company-provided non-CDL trucks as required. This role is designed to phase you into a full-time inside sales position, providing hands-on experience with our customers, their jobs, and field service.

As part of the founding team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of a high-energy startup in the construction and industrial supply industry. In recognition of your early contribution, this position includes stock options, along with a pathway to grow into outside sales, operations, or leadership roles. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career while helping grow a company from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales (Primary Role):
  • Serve walk-in and call-in customers with excellent product knowledge and customer service
  • Generate quotes, process orders, and manage transactions efficiently
  • Support the outside sales team by preparing orders, assisting with account follow-up, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Learn and maintain product knowledge and inventory systems
  • Work closely with vendors to submit purchase orders and ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment
  • Provide Take-Off Services to our customers (training provided)
Delivery Driver (Secondary Role):
  • Make accurate and timely deliveries to customers using a non-CDL company truck
  • Load and unload materials either by hand or using a forklift, ensuring safety and care
  • Represent the company professionally at customer and vendor locations
  • Conduct basic vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of the truck
Nice to Have:
  • 1-2+ years of construction or industrial sales experience
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in computers and software
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $52,000 - $72,800 per year, depending on experience
