We are seeking highly motivated, self-driven sales individuals who want to build a successful and rewarding career with our growing debt relief business. This is the perfect opportunity for motivated, top producers! We intentionally focus on maintaining a smaller, tight-knit group of sales agents to ensure they each get the highest quality leads with large debt loads without sacrificing lead quality. Our leads are targeted for very high average debt amounts (Average debt size 50K-58K every month), which means higher commission opportunities for you.

We are very selective in our hiring as we’re ONLY looking for highly trained and skilled debt consultants with recent prior experience in the debt resolution/settlement industry. All employment history will be verified, so please do not submit false resumes. We truly care about our employees and their success and want them to be with us long-term. We provide all of the necessary tools to achieve greater success! Lowest-end producers are expected to make $7-10k/mo, above average producers can expect $10k-18k/mo, and top producers expect to make $18k-35k+/mo.

Our Debt Consultants work out of our beautiful office conveniently located across from Irvine Spectrum to help consumers nationwide. Debt Consultants will guide our prospective clients who have applied directly for debt relief options. We have an abundance of new leads coming in daily.

Employees receive paid training, as well as ongoing coaching with management on their personal performance and career development. Employment Details:

Looking to hire 3-4 highly motivated sales reps to start immediately.

Qualification Requirements:

  1. Debt Resolution Industry Sales Experience: Must have verifiable experience in the debt resolution industry to handle a high volume of calls. Ideally, at least 6 months of related experience is preferred. Should possess top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, as well as outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
  2. Attitude: Must have a great attitude and be willing to be trained to continuously improve & excel. Looking for closers that are passionate about sales while being compassionate and truly looking to help clients.
  3. Motivated: Driven and motivated for success with the ability to set personal goals and work hard to achieve them. Must thrive in a commission-based environment.
  4. Organized: Must be effective in managing your time/schedule and lead database to ensure enrollment goals are met.
  5. Systems Proficiency: Must have proficient computer skills to navigate CRM software, emails, texting, and other communication software.
  6. Languages: English is required. Fluent Spanish is beneficial but not required.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Review the client’s financial situation.
  2. Build rapport and gather information.
  3. Review the client's credit accounts.
  4. Educate clients on financial solutions available to resolve their debt.
  5. Present the best option to help the client achieve their goal.
  6. Perform sales by utilizing consultative sales scripting.
  7. Properly handle live inbound calls.
  8. Make outbound calls only on warm leads with clients that have applied directly.
  9. Follow up on your pipeline of leads via emails and texts.
  10. Continuously improve your sales skills and strategies.

Hours: Shifts available between Monday - Friday 7am – 7pm PST, Weekends 7am-11am OR 11am-3pm.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $420,000.00 per year
