• Act as liaison between Johnson Matthey and customers to ensure needs are met.
• Quote prices accurately and manage order entry and confirmations.
• Verify purchase orders and invoices within 24 hours of receipt.
• Respond to standard quote requests within 24 hours and follow up as needed.
• Coordinate expediting of orders with plant scheduling and resolve complaints promptly.
• Monitor customer metal balances to support production and financial needs.
• Assist in budgeting and monthly forecasting with customer trend insights.
