Sioux Nation Ag Center in Aberdeen, SD is seeking a customer-service oriented Inside Sales associate to join a small team at the front counter and over the phone during business hours.

This full-time role includes duties such as answering questions, loading orders with a forklift, tracking orders, handling billing statements, inventory management, and keeping the store clean within an employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Personable with strong customer service orientation.
• Proficient with computers and technology; willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Answer customer questions regarding Sioux Nation products and services.
• Load customer feed orders, including lifting bags and using the forklift.
• Track customer orders.
• Daily sales reporting.
• Daily inventory ordering.
• Inventory counting and management of expired inventory.
• Manage and purchase office supplies.
• Print and mail monthly billing statements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of store.
