Job summary

American Power & Gas LLC is hiring a Customer Phone Agent in Florida for a full-time onsite role. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with no weekend work. Base salary plus commission and on-site paid training support your growth in a fast-paced call center environment, handling residential and small commercial accounts.

Leads are provided; you’ll deliver excellent customer service and guide customers through energy solutions while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and strong listening skills.
No prior sales or telemarketing experience required; open to all experience levels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment and handle high call volumes.

Responsibilities

Lead engagements with residential and small commercial customers to offer energy solutions over the phone in a call center environment.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing needs and guiding customers through the process.
Work in a fast-paced call center setting with emphasis on inside sales and building customer relationships.
Participate in telemarketing efforts, generating leads and promoting green energy services.
Collaborate with a supportive team, receiving ongoing coaching to improve customer care and sales skills.
